Deacon Randy was part of a group that started Shifra Homes Inc in 2004. He is a husband, father and grandfather. Randy is retired from a global company after enjoying many successful years as a business professional. He has always been involved in charities and outreach to those in need. Since retiring his primary focus is in full time ministry and family. He is currently serving as Permanent Deacon at Regina Mundi Parish for the Diocese of Hamilton.

Antoinette got involved with Shifra Homes in 2016 where she met the Executive Director, Nancy Romic at St Andrew Roman Catholic Church in Oakville. At the time, Antoinette was looking to volunteer with a Charity in the area but was not sure which one. After she heard Nancy speak about Shifra Homes and what they were about she knew immediately it was where she wanted to volunteer. What Antoinette loved about Shifra was that it meant working with young women and their babies to make their lives better and enrich our world with new life.
